Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Please review our policies to avoid any charges.

Cancellations

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all cancellations. This allows us to offer the appointment time to other clients who may be waiting.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged the full session fee.

No-Shows

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without notice, you will be charged the full session fee.

We understand that emergencies happen. If you have an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session will be shortened to end at the originally scheduled time. You will be charged the full session fee regardless of the shortened treatment time.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be cancelled and treated as a no-show.

Credit Card Hold

A credit card is required to hold all appointments. Your card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation (less than 24 hours) or no-show. Card information is securely stored through Square.

Why This Policy Exists

As a solo practitioner, each appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. When a client cancels last-minute or doesn't show up, that time cannot be filled — and another client who could have used that slot misses out. This policy ensures fair access for all clients and allows us to continue providing the personalized, one-on-one care you deserve.
